Back in 2010, when Jacobabad was hit by a rain flood and the city faced an emergency situation right at that moment the journey of JIMS started. Mrs. Hillary Dian Rodham Clinton ex-secretary of state and senator, visited Jacobabad in 2010 when rain flood damaged the city and that was the turning point of this story. On the request of District notables, Mrs. Hillary Dian announced the construction of this hospital as a gift from the people of USA.
